Pricing

PostMaster's pricing structure is very simple. There are no monthly service fees, no hosting fees, and no hidden fees of any kind! You simply pay a one-time setup charge for a custom email template. After that, you only pay when you send. Our standard setup fees are outlined below.

Per Broadcast Fee

Ten dollars plus two cents per addressFor each email campaign you send with more than 5 recipients, you pay a flat delivery fee of $10 plus 2 cents per recipient. Any campaigns you send to 5 or fewer addresses are free of charge.

To illustrate how easy and low our pricing is, consider a mailing list size of 2,000 recipients. When you send the message, you would be charged $10 plus 2 cents for each recipient on your mailing list. That breaks down to $10 + $40 for a total of $50 dollars. We price everything in US dollars.

Standard Setup Fee

Because we believe that every business and every message is unique, we make sure your email messages portray your unique brand in the best way possible. We've tested and verified our standard practices in the most popular email clients to make sure the greatest number of people will receive and read your email campaign. So with PostMaster, you can be sure that you'll stand out in the crowd because more people see your message and it simply looks great.

Seven-Hundred Fifty dollars for a custom template design

Custom Template Design - $1200

We'll match the look and feel of your current identity or come up with something new based on what you need for your campaign. Once the design is approved and tested, we install it in our campaign editor so that you are in complete control. From that point on, you can use the template an unlimited number of times to send your email campaigns.

Five Hundred dollars for a design adaptation

Template Adaptation - $800

Do you already have an email template design you'd like to use and you just need it tested and modified to work with PostMaster? Send us the design and we can set it up in our campaign editor fully tested and ready for your content so that all you have to do is schedule delivery and watch the results.

Every PostMaster account is completely configured for you and ready to go as soon as your design is approved and you log in. Once you send a campaign, you can instantly view detailed reports to measure just how effective your message was!

While we provide all the information you need to get started when you sign up, we realize that sometimes you're looking for someone who can simply do everything for you. We're happy to help! Please let us know what additional support you may need and we can advise you of our fees for whatever you need help with. We commonly provide additional support for:
