How long does it take to get an account setup?

Once you complete our signup form, one of our team members will contact you to complete the process. Generally, you'll be up and running within a few business days.

Why do I have to work through a human?

PostMaster is simple to use, but it takes a few important steps to get there. First, we are very cautious about spam and we require the manual step to ensure that our users are serious and also willing to agree to our stringent anti-spam policy. Second, we want to make sure your customized PostMaster template is fully tested and compliant with the major email clients in use today. Working directly with our team is the best way we can get you up and running quickly.

How do I receive support?

PostMaster has a great deal of helpful information built into the system and accessible through the "help" link at the upper right when you're logged into your account. In addition, you can email us with questions or problems at support@orajen.com.

Can PostMaster integrate with my website?

Absolutely! We've made sure that you can integrate PostMaster into your website, email messages, and every other part of your business as easily as possible. We have many customization options but there are two primary ways to integrate PostMaster with your website. First, you can put a button or a simple form on your website to allow visitors to subscribe to your email lists. Second, you can automatically display all of your past email newsletters so that any website visitor can see them. This display is handled automatically and updated instantly every time you send a campaign. Our team is ready to help with any level of integration you require.

Can my newsletter look like my website?

It sure can. We take pride in providing you with a custom email template. Many other organizations will charge you for a template that may have been used dozens or hundreds of times before. With PostMaster, you can rest assured that your template is exactly that – yours. In addition, every template we build is fully tested in the major email clients like HotMail, Yahoo!, Gmail, Outlook, Entourage, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, AOL and more.
